FITTED DIAPERS  consist of several absorbent layers sewn together. Most have an attached soaker and close with snaps or Velcro. They have elastic at the legs and back and contain messes well. You will need larger sizes as your baby grows, but you get a good fit at each stage. See "All in One Diapers" for fitted diapers with a built in cover..

ONE SIZE FITTED DIAPERS are the same as fitted diapers, but with rows of snaps to adjust the rise & the fit in waist and legs. The advantage is that you need not purchase other sizes as your baby grows. They don't always fit well on newborns. See "One Size Diapers" for a complete selection.

POCKET DIAPERS consist of a stay dry inner fabric, a thicker (or waterproof) outer fabric and a pocket opening in the back for an absorbent insert. When your baby wets, the moisture is wicked through the inner layer and is absorbed by the insert, leaving baby's skin feeling dry. Add as many inserts as you want to for different levels of absorbency. Dry faster because the diaper is only 2 layers and the inserts are separate.
