JULIAN & Co. is durable and heirloom quality – we solder (LEAD FREE) all jewelry with links/rings - keeping active little ones in mind.  

Most pieces have a high shine mirror finish and are thick enough to be personalized on both sides.

Our signature line (the pieces with the baby hands and feet) comes on a cable chain. 
The DEL MAR line and pieces for Dad comes on a ball chain. 

Personalization

All personalization is inscribed in capital letters, and we follow a specific and consistent format.

Personalization with the baby's name and birth date is personalized like:

Please follow letter/character restrictions. 
The number of letters/characters that can fit on a charm/pendant depends on the size ordered. 
The number of letters/characters allowed on each specific pendant is specified in the description.  

Product care

Jewelry made out of sterling silver stays shiny by wearing it – especially in the shower!
Our little guy has been wearing his sterling silver disc on a leather cord for months without
removing it even for bath time, and it still looks like new.
However, the leather cord will get a little harder if you get it wet.

We don’t recommend wearing any JULIAN & Co. pieces while cleaning with harsh chemicals.

Returns

If for some reason we have made an error with your order, within 14 days you may email us and we will provide a return authorization number, and refund your shipping,

After receiving your RA#, please send the item back in its original box unworn and in new condition. We will fix the error and promptly return the item.

Most of JULIAN & Co. jewelry is customized and made to order.

Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable since they are made just for you.
