happen- or you may simply not like what you ordered.

Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. VaIidated returns after 30 days will be exchanged for store credit only.

We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
Policies vary with each manufacturer/supplier and some items (such as
furniture) cannot be returned or will requie a restocking fee.

Personalized items may not be returned. Be sure to write your personalization carefully, exactly as you want it to appear.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS will be exchanged or refunded in full, including any shipping charges.
