These loose and comfy Organic Preemie Baby Pants are very baby friendly! Made to really fit your preemie baby with a gusset that adds extra room for diaper. Sewn with "flat seam" construction so baby's skin is not irritated by a serged seam. Rib knit cuff at ankle. Fabric is medium weight, natural color organic cotton knit with contrast trim and soft ties. Available in in 4 Trim colors and 3 sizes: 2.5-3 pounds, 14"-15", 28-30 weeks 4-5 pounds, 16"-17", 32-34 weeks 5-6 pounds, 18"-19", 34-36 weeks Shown worn with bodysuit. Add an Organic Cotton Beanie Hat. Snugly and warm beanie for your preemie baby. Made with medium weight organic cotton rib knit, contrast rib knit trim. Babies lose most of their body heat through their heads, so keeping them warm with a little hat is essential... especially for preemies.
