This well made, Organic Merino Wool Snap Cover is soft, light and one of our favorites.

We have never had a leak with this cover and the leg gussets contain everything else really well. Gussets add some bulk so it isn't quite as trim under pants.

Why we LOVE this diaper cover:

* Absorbent enough for nighttime use.
* High rise keeps clothes dry.
* Belly button notch in newborn size.
* Fits over any diaper- even the bulkiest ones.
* Can be machine washed, better to hand wash.
* Stretchy fabric gives a good, snug fit over the complete size range.
* Wrap style works very well for contours and prefolds without fasteners.

How it's made:

~ 2 full layers of stretchy, 100% organic merino wool jersey
~ Edges are serged with rainbow colored thread
~ Gentle elastic at the back waist and on the leg gussets
~ Wool is "finished" which means shrink has been taken out.
~ 3 snap settings on each side, size large has 4 settings.
~ Snaps are a different color per size
~ Seams are sewn on the outside away from baby's skin- a smooth fit all around.

Available in 3 sizes:
Newborn fits up to 12 lbs, has belly button notch
Small fits 10-16 lbs
Medium fits 15-26 lbs
Large fits 22-35 lbs

Wash & Care: Must be lanolinized prior to first use.
Won't need to be washed after each use unless soiled.
When damp, simply air out as the naturally occurring lanolin takes care of odors.

Why use a Wool Diaper Cover?
Wool is an incredibly efficient natural fiber that makes a very absorbent diaper cover.
It is breathable, which can cut down on diaper rash significantly for sensitive children.
It is heat regulating making it warmer in winter and cooler than PUL covers in summer.
Wool can hold up to 30% of its weight in moisture before it feels wet.
Absorbs moisture in its vapor state, releasing it into the air before bacteria can grow.
Because of this antibacterial property, wool is odor-resistant too.
