A doubler (sometimes called a soaker) is an absorbent pad placed inside a prefold or fitted diaper for added absorbency.
Made from many kinds of fabric. Our terry Under the Nile wipes make excellent doublers for newborns.
Some doublers that come with One Size diapers can be used as a newborn diaper.

2. What is an Insert?
An insert is an absorbent material used inside of a pocket diaper.
Available in a great variety of absorbency, bulk and shape.
You can use any kind of insert to stuff your pocket diapers including prefolds, burp cloths etc.
