How they're made:

~ Inner layer is 100% organic cotton velour.
~ Outer layer is waterproof PUL fabric.
~ One-size insert is made of 2 layers of organic cotton velour & 2 layers of hemp terry
~ When tri-folded and snapped together, it creates 6 layers of absorption.
~ Leg openings are highly adjustable to especially fit both slim and chubby thighs.
~ Separate waist and thigh settings allow you to adjust each opening to ensure a snug fit.
~ Colorfast, so can be washed together with your white diapers without the colors bleeding.
~ The layer next to the baby's skin and insert are undyed.

1. What is a Pocket Diaper?
Usually consists of a waterproof PUL outer sewn to an absorbent inner layer.
An absorbent INSERT is stuffed between these two layers through an opening in the top back.
Add as many inserts as you want to for different levels of absorbency.
They dry much faster because the diaper is only 2 layers and the inserts are separate.
You can use any kind of insert to stuff your pocket diapers including prefolds, burp cloths etc.
When your baby wets, the moisture is wicked through the organic velour and absorbed by the insert, leaving baby's skin feeling dry.

2. What is a Fitted Diaper?
Fitted diapers are shaped like disposables and close with snaps or Velcro.
Fitted diapers have elastic at the legs and back, so they contain messes well.

3. What is a One Size Fitted Diaper?
The same as a fitted diaper but with rows of snaps to adjust the rise & the fit in waist and legs.
The advantage is that you need not purchase other sizes as your baby grows.
The disadvantage is that they don't always fit well on tiny newborns.

4. What is PUL?
PUL refers to any fabric that has been laminated with polyurethane to make it waterproof.
It is breathable, allowing for a lower temperature inside the diaper than disposables.
It is 100% waterproof, durable and able to withstand hot water washing and high heat drying over the life of your diapers.
