How they're made:

~ Waist & thighs adjust separately ensuring a great fit on most babies

Fits babies 5 - 13 pounds. May fit slimmer babies up to 15 pounds.

This diaper needs a cover
The trim design of the diaper enables it to be used with any cover.
Covers with leg gussets ( Imse Vimse- see Link below) are best to contain newborn poops.
