SHIPPING POLICIES
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary according to product and availability. We make note of shipping times on each product. If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by e-mail. Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This method saves postage and reduces the impact on the environment. If you have purchased several items, your order may arrive in more than one box and at various times. Be sure to keep the Packing Slips and check your package(s) as soon as they arrive for accuracy and/or damage. If an item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at 707-247-3018 within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Shipping Charges: Unless otherwise noted on specific items- such as some furniture- no extra shipping charges are added to your order. We add a flat rate of $6.65 Shipping and Handling fee to each order and pay the actual shipping fees ourselves. 3-4 DAY SHIPPING is available for most of our poducts. The availability of this service varies depending on the product and the supplier. Generally, custom orders cannot be rushed. We add a flat rate of $35.00 to your order at checkout for this option. If the actual cost is less, the difference will be removed before we charge your card. Not available for locations outside the continental United States. EXPRESS SHIPPING 1-2 Day delivery is available for many of our poducts. The availability of this service varies depending on the product and the supplier. Generally, custom orders cannot be rushed. We add a flat rate of $50.00 to your order at checkout for Express Shipping. If the actual cost is less, the difference will be removed before we charge your card. Express shipping is not available for locations outside the continental United States. NOTE that some products have an express shipping option built in. The extra charges will be removed manually before we bill your credit card or refunded if paying with PayPal. SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII & CANADA Shipping to these locations is slightly more complicated and can be quite costly. In order to accommodate our customers in these areas, we have come up with the following solutions:
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska: We add a flat rate of $26.00 to your order at checkout. If the actual shipping cost is less, the difference will be removed before we charge your card. Some large items, such as furniture, cannot be shipped outside continental US. Shipping to Canada: We add a flat rate of $35.00 to your order at checkout. If the actual shipping cost is less, the difference will be removed manually before we charge your card. Some large items, such as furniture, cannot be shipped outside continental US. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Canadian orders require 7-14 days processing time before shipping.
Shipping Large Furniture requires special consideration. Because these items are large and heavy, we must ship them
via Standard Delivery with special in-home furniture carriers. We will contact you with all details regarding your specific purchase. Furniture shipments generally take 2 weeks from the time the order leaves the manufacturer. This time is in addition to the lead times indicated on the website. If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. Failure to meet the driver during your scheduled delivery window may result in an additional charge. RETURNS
Although we have carefully selected our suppliers and the quality of the goods that we offer, sometimes mistakes do happen- or you may simply not like what you ordered. If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit- minus actual shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. VaIidated returns after 30 days will be exchanged for store credit only. Please note that we pay the shipping on most items and so the actual amount of the shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded or exchanged total. All shipping charges on returns are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage. Return Policies vary with each manufacturer/supplier and some items cannot be returned. Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final. Federal Laws prohibit the return of mattresses and sleepwear. Personalized items may not be returned. Be sure to write your personalization carefully, exactly as you want it to appear. PRIVACY We value our privacy and so are committed to honoring your privacy too. All personal information is treated confidentially. Your personal information is only used to process your order. We do not share any personal information with third parties under any circumstances.
