Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING

- We do our best to ship your order to you as quickly as possible - usually within 2-5 business days.
If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by e-mail.

- Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  This method saves postage and reduces
the impact on the environment. If you have purchased several items, your order may arrive in more than one box and at various times.

- Check your package(s) on arrival for accuracy and/or damage.  If an item arrives damaged, please retain
all packaging materials and contact us within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

SHIPPING METHODS

- Most orders consisting of small items are sent via USPS Priority mail with a ship time of 2 - 3 days.
- Large orders are shipped UPS with a ship time of 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We apply a $6.65 Flat Rate Fee to orders under $125. Most Orders over $125 ship FREE. 
Unless otherwise noted on specific items, no extra shipping charges are added to your order.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

- A flat rate expedite fee is added to your order as we do not know in advance the actual cost.
- After calculating the cost, excess fees are deducted before we charge your card.
- Unlike large companies, we never profit from shipping charges- you almost always receive a refund.
- For small orders, expedited shipping is usually not necessary as they are sent by Priority Mail.
- Orders that are shipped UPS can be upgraded if you live on the East coast and are in a hurry.
- Custom and personalized items usually cannot be rushed.
- Expedited shipping is not available on orders going to Canada.
- A few products have an express shipping option built in. 

 3 - 4 DAY UPS SHIPPING is available for most of our products.

We add a flat rate of $35.00 to your order at checkout and then calculate shipping costs.
If the actual cost is less, the difference will be deducted before we charge your card

EXPRESS SHIPPING Over-night and 2 Day delivery is available for many of our products.

We add a flat rate of $50.00 to your order at checkout and then calculate shipping costs. 
If the actual cost is less, the difference will be deducted before we charge your card

SHIPPING TO ALASKA & HAWAII

- We add a flat rate of $26.00 to your order at checkout and then calculate shipping costs.
- After calculating the cost, excess fees are deducted before we charge your credit card.
- Most orders are sent USPS Priority Mail and the charge is the same as for Continental US
- Unlike large companies, we never profit from shipping charges- you almost always receive a refund.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

- We add a flat rate of $26.00 to your order at checkout and then calculate shipping costs.
- After calculating the cost, excess fees are deducted before we charge your credit card.
- Most orders are sent USPS Priority Mail and the charge is the same as for Continental US
- Unlike large companies, we never profit from shipping charges- you almost always receive a refund.
- Some large items, such as furniture, cannot be shipped outside continental US.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always
indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Canadian orders require 7 days processing
time before shipping. 

Shipping Large Furniture

Because these items are large and heavy, we must ship them via Standard Delivery with special in-home furniture carriers. We will contact you with all details regarding your specific purchase.

Furniture shipments generally take 2 weeks from the time the order leaves the manufacturer.
This time is in addition to the lead times indicated on the website.

If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. Failure to meet the driver during your scheduled delivery window may result in an additional charge.
